This CD proposes six double choir Magnificats (songs of Mary) composed by five Spanish composers of the 17th century: J.P. Pujol, J. B. Comes, Diego de Pontac, Joseph Ruiz Samaniego and Francesc Valls. Exaudi nos is a vocal-instrumental ensemble dedicated to the heritage of religious music, especially the 17th Spanish polyphony, recuperating works, instruments and performance practices of the concerned period.
