Cançons i Romanços Populars Catalans de la Guerra de Successió (s. XVIII)

In this album there is the will to make known some texts in verse that were published in sheets and loose sheets in the 18th century in Barcelona and that revolved around the War of Succession and the cause of Archduke Charles of Austria. The texts, with a political and, to a certain extent, public content, could combine orality, reading, representation and music. Many printed matter of this type have dispersed or disappeared with the passage of time, either because of prohibitions, the fragility of their support or because of the negligence in which they have been held for centuries.
