PAYMENT METHODS The customer will be able to choose the method of payment among which Columna Música offers: Through the PayPal platform By credit card through the secure gateway of Banc Sabadell. Wire transfer. Orders that are paid via bank transfer will be validated manually. PRICES All Columna Música prices are in Euros and already include VAT. DISEASE POLICY Columna Música guarantees the customer the possibility to cancel their order at any time and without any cost, as long as it is communicated before the order has been prepared to send. In the opposite case, the customer must wait to receive the order to process his return. The client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the reception or from the formalization of the purchase if it was a service to resolve the contract. The customer will communicate Columna Música within the indicated period and through electronic mail his right to exercise his right to the resolution of the contract. The order that is returned must be delivered with the invoice that Columna Música has issued. The customer must pay the cost of the return. The customer may return any physical product that he has bought in the store as long as the product has not been opened or used and retains its original packaging. If the customer has received a product other than the requested one due to an error of Columna Música, Columna Música will deliver the correct product, collecting the first one without any additional charge for the client, in cases of peninsular shipments. For all other areas, the customer must return the product by certified mail to the address given to him and Columna Música will pay the expenses incurred.
